Cassandra was admitted to practice in the State of North Dakota in 2014, serving all 50 states and locations abroad. In addition to being an attorney barred in the State of North Dakota, Cassandra is also qualified as an “Enrolled Agent” by the Internal Revenue Service. As a federally-licensed tax practitioner, she is authorized by the US Department of the Treasury and has the technical expertise in the field of taxation to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels – examination, collection, and appeals of the Internal Revenue Service.
